Every order starts with a proof. You approve size, placement and color on the garment before anything is pressed. Setup is free on standard orders, and there’s no minimum — order exactly what you need.

DTF or vinyl — we’ll pick the right one.

Two methods, both pressed at our Raleigh shop. Send the design and tell us the garment, and we’ll recommend the one that fits — and say why on your quote.

DTF (direct-to-film) — your design printed in full color onto film, then heat-pressed onto the garment.

• Full color, no color limits — gradients, photos and fine detail print the same as a one-color logo.
• Works on almost any fabric — cotton, polyester and blends, light or dark garments.
• Soft, flexible finish — the print stretches with the fabric instead of cracking or sitting stiff like a patch.
• Best for: full-color logos, artwork, photos and detailed designs.

Vinyl cut lettering (heat transfer vinyl, HTV) — solid-color vinyl cut to shape in-house, weeded, then heat-pressed onto the garment.

• Names & numbers — the go-to for team jerseys, each piece personalized.
• Crisp text and simple logos — sharp edges on one-color lettering and clean, simple marks.
• Solid, opaque color — bold color that stays true on light or dark fabric.
• Many colors and finishes — including metallic, reflective and opaque silicone-feel vinyl with a soft, raised finish.
• Very durable — made to take practice, game day and the wash that follows.
• Best for: jersey names and numbers, one-color text and simple logos.

Both: no minimums — one shirt or a few hundred — and made for regular wear and laundering.

Care: wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don’t iron directly on the print.

02 — Firm quote, garments named
A number, not a range, with the garment and print sizes listed. Setup free on standard orders.

03 — Proof & placement
Approve size, placement and color on a mockup before anything is pressed.

04 — Pressed & ready
DTF transfers produced or vinyl cut to shape, then pressed in-house at our Raleigh shop and checked piece by piece — ready for pickup.

Turnaround & pricing.

Most orders are ready within two weeks after proof approval. Rush is available: small runs in a couple of business days, and single-color vinyl often next day. Tight date? Call rather than email and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Pricing is quote-based. The number depends on the garment, quantity, and the number and size of print locations. Send your details and you get a firm quote — garments named, not a range.

Serving the Triangle.

Pickup at our shop on Greens Dairy Road. Local delivery around the Triangle — Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville — is available depending on order size; ask when you order.

Apparel questions we get.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single shirt or outfit the whole team — neither DTF nor vinyl needs screens, so small runs make sense.

DTF or vinyl — which should I get?
Full-color logo, photo or detailed art: DTF. Names and numbers on team jerseys, or crisp one-color text and simple logos: vinyl. Team orders often use both — DTF for the crest, vinyl for names and numbers. Not sure? Send the art and we’ll recommend one on your quote.

Can I bring my own shirts?
No. We source the blanks so we can stand behind the print, and the exact garment is named on your quote.

What files do you need?
Vector art (.AI, .EPS, .PDF with type outlined) is preferred; 300 dpi raster (.PNG with transparent background, .PSD) at print size also works. No print-ready art? We can redraw it — at cost, quoted up front.

Will the print crack or peel?
DTF prints and pressed vinyl both flex with the fabric. Follow the care steps above — inside out, cold, gentle — and they’re built for regular wear.

Can I get multiple print locations?
Yes — front, back, sleeve and left chest are all common. Each location is shown on your proof and listed on your quote.
